🤘 Frequently Asked Chaos (FAQ)
📦 Where do you ship?
We ship across the U.S. and select international destinations.
⏱️ How long does it take to get my order?
Processing: Please allow 1–5 business days to hand-pack your chaos.
Shipping: 5–8 business days for U.S. deliveries via USPS or UPS (tracking drops as soon as it's out of our hands).
💸 How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping — $5.99 domestic, no math headaches.
International Standard: $15.00 | International Express: $35.00.
📦 Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always! Because we ship from multiple fulfillment locations, orders with both candles and apparel may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers — at no extra cost to you.
🕯️ My candle arrived broken/melted/weird. Now what?
Don't panic — email us pics within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, no drama, no ritual sacrifice required.
🔄 Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns for unused products within 14 days. A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
🔥 Can I return a candle I already burned?
Nope. Once you light it, it's your chaos forever. Burn safe, enjoy the vibes!
🎨 Do you do custom orders?
Maybe! Email us your wild idea and we'll see if we can make it happen. No promises, but we love a challenge.
🚫 Do your candles smell like flowers?
Never. Only bold, spicy, or weird. If you want grandma's garden, you're in the wrong place.
😜 Can I eat the candles?
Please don't. They smell good, but taste like disappointment and regret.
🎁 Can I send your stuff as a gift?
Heck yes! Just use the right shipping address and maybe warn your friends they're getting something twisted.
