Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Twisted Creations. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Hand-poured candles must be unlit and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@twistedcreations23.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
