Returns & Refunds (The Fine Print)
At Twisted Creations, we stand behind our work. If we mess up, we fix it. Here is the straightforward breakdown of how we handle returns to keep things moving.
The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us regarding a return or an issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, that’s on us. Email support@twistedcreations23.com within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method—no drama, no cost to you.
Hand-Poured Candles & Decor
To be eligible for a return, candles and decor must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking feeapplies to these returns to cover processing.
Print-on-Demand (Apparel & Accessories)
Because these items are custom-printed just for you when you order, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors or "change of mind." We only replace these if they arrive damaged or with a printing error. Measure twice, order once—check those size charts!
Refund Magic
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll trigger your refund. It will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days
