At Twisted Creations, we want to make sure your shopping experience is completely transparent. Because we offer a unique blend of handcrafted and custom-designed products, our inventory ships from multiple domestic fulfillment locations.

Where We Ship
We ship to customers within the United States and select international destinations.

Combined Orders
Because items originate from different fulfillment locations, combined orders containing both candles and apparel items may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Rates
  • Domestic (United States): Shipping rates start at $3.99 and are calculated at checkout based on your product type and fulfillment provider
  • International Standard: $15.00
  • International Express: $35.00

Processing & Transit Times
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared, hand-poured, or manufactured before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • Transit Time: Once handed off to the carrier, standard domestic delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days via USPS or UPS.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@twistedcreations23.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
