SHIPPING TIME
Standard U.S. shipping: 3–14 business days once shipped.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Flat-rate Economy based on weight on all U.S. shipping on all orders.
Free shipping on orders $75+.

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@twistedcreations23.com with photos within 14 days. We'll replace or refund it.
We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help track down your order if needed.
