Shipping Policy

At Twisted Creations, we want to make sure your shopping experience is completely transparent. Because we offer a unique blend of handcrafted and custom-designed products, our inventory ships from multiple locations.

How Our Shipping Works

  • Handcrafted Candles & Wax Melts: Our premium candle line is individually hand-poured and packaged with care in our home workshop in Purvis, Mississippi. These ship directly from our location.
  • Custom Apparel: To bring our custom clothing designs to life, we partner with industry-leading domestic printers, Printify and Ninja POD. These items are printed to order and shipped from their respective fulfillment hubs across the United States.

Important: Split Shipments

Because items originate from different locations, orders containing products from multiple categories (candles + apparel) will ship separately and arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. Shipping rates shown at checkout reflect the combined rates for all items in your order. You will never be charged more than what is displayed at checkout.

Our Shipping Rates

  • Orders $0.00 – $49.99: $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Orders $50.00 – $99.99: $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Orders $100.00 and up: FREE Shipping

Processing & Transit Times

  • Candles & Melts: Please allow 2–3 business days for us to pour, cure, and package your candles before they ship.
  • Apparel: Custom clothing items take 3–5 business days to print and manufacture before they are handed off to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
